This Lindon Beach couple’s session reminded me that this location is so definitely underrated. I stumbled across this location quite a few years ago, and I have loved it since day 1. It’s not very often that other people are also there shooting, which is pretty nice. It has quite the variety, too. The Beach has sand, clay, water, and tall grass. Depending on the time of year you go, the grass is either green or yellow. We took these photos at the end of August, but you can see what the beach looks like in the middle of Winter in this session I did with Jake and Em.
I am a big fan of adding a bouquet to your photos, even if they aren’t your wedding photos. Bouquets add a fun pop of color, and honestly, props are really fun. They give your hands something to always be holding, and I love the texture that a bouquet adds to the photos, too. The bouquet is such a fun addition to these photos, too, because it’s a great contrast to the very neutral background. The bouquet was made by Grow Wild Design.
Can we also talk about the wind in these photos?? Holy cow, it was the perfect amount. It wasn’t too windy, but just enough to add some fun with Maren’s hair and dress blowing in the wind.
Now Maren and Jared. These two killed it. They were so easy to work with, and their style? I am a big fan. The dress plus the hat? and the denim jacket?? I could not have picked cooler outfits. I love all of the boho vibes with it.
Do you want a couple’s session, formal session, or engagements at the Lindon Beach? I would love to shoot you there! Let’s chat.
