Spring Blossom Portraits.
Springtime is one of my favorite times of the whole year. The only other time that rivals the blossoms are Fall leaves, and either way, I love spending as much time as I possibly can taking portraits. Baylie is one of my best friends and favorite people. She’s also an incredible photographer! You can find her over at Baylie Ranae Photo.
We love taking photos, and we both love the blossoms, so we decided to go drive around and take some photos in all the blossoms we could find. It ended up storming not too long after we started taking photos, but the little time that we did get to take photos, we were still able to get some good ones! Baylie has a little girl, Remi (and also a little boy named Rocco now) AND I AM OBSESSED WITH REMI!!! She is the cutest little thing. I love all the time that I get to spend with her. She’s my little buddy!
In the few years that I have lived in Provo, I have paid super close attention to the blossoms to figure out their patterns. They always seem to come and go so quickly! Plus, there are different colors of blossoms, so you also need to kind of know what you are looking for. I love the pink blossoms, and I love the white blossoms. The Utah Capitol Building is super popular for their blossoms, but it’s honestly so crazy up there that you won’t get a single photo with no one else in it unless you go at sunrise. My favorite thing is actually driving around and just pulling over where we see the blossoms and taking the photos there, which is what Baylie and I did! This blossom tree is right smack dab in the middle of Provo, and you know we will be going back this year to take more portraits in the spring blossoms.
