Shade Home + Garden Wedding || Temple Square Sealing
Benjamin and Christi’s wedding was such a special day for me! I met Christi’s family a few years ago when I was shooting her brother Michael‘s wedding. Since then, I have photographed all of the weddings for Christi’s siblings! Because I have spent so much time with the Buckley Family, their weddings are more of a reunion than anything. It’s seriously the best.
Benjamin and Christi had a rather short engagement because Christi’s sister, Jenni, was going to be having a baby soon! If Jenni and her husband were going to be able to fly into the wedding, Christi would need to have her wedding pretty soon! Like, I think their engagement was just a few weeks long! Honestly, though, that’s the way to go!!!
Benjamin, Christi and I actually went to the temple and the mountains shortly before their wedding to get all of the photos of the two of them done. I am obsessed with Christi’s dress, and when I asked her where she got it, she told me that she had actually been an intern for a dress salon a few years before, and instead of getting paid, she got to pick out a wedding dress at the end! So she already had it, which made them pulling their wedding off quickly pretty realistic!
Their entire wedding day was so beautiful. I LOVE greenhouses, so put your wedding in a greenhouse, and it has my name all over it. Marianne from Mille Fleur Design was their florist, and she really made their Shade Home & Garden Wedding absolutely beautiful. The florals really pulled everything together! Marianne kills it every single time, and I have worked with her quite a bit.
