My, oh my, I love these two. It’s their wedding in a few weeks, and I CANNOT WAIT. When we met a few months ago and went over all of their wedding plans, they said that they would also love their engagements done in the next few weeks, too. The day came for their engagements, and the weather was pretty bad. It was cold and raining/snowing, but we decided to go for it anyways. We had looked at the weather, and it looked like it was just going to be cloudy at the Salt Flats. I had seen that the Salt Flats had been completely under water just a week previous to when we were schedule to go out there, so we also knew that there was a good chance that we would drive all the way out there, and it would look more like a lake than the Salt Flats. I honestly was a bit nervous about it, but we got out there and the clouds disappeared AND the flats were only under a little bit of water around the edges. They were PERFECT. Despite it looking super warm in the photos, it was so freezing! Kaitlin was such a champ. I cannot help but smile whenever I look through these images because it brings back so many good memories for me. We even drove their Prius all the way out over the Salt Flats.
