“Alice I can’t tell you enough how much we love the photos. They are seriously STUNNING. I can’t even narrow it down to print some because they are just that good! We had multiple family and friends say “she was really on it” haha you are calm and know what you’re doing!! You really captured the whole day perfectly. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!”
Okkkkkk, let’s talk about Matthew and Taylor’s wedding. I first met these two in the summer of 2017 when they came to Utah for their engagements. They were absolutely adorable, and they told us all about their story. They had been dating each other since high school, and it was pretty obvious how in love they were. I loved them.
Matthew and Taylor had their wedding at the Temecula Creek Golf Course, and I was blown away with the venue. It was unlike any other golf course venue. You could not even tell that it was at a Golf Course! After Taylor got ready in the hotel, we all jumped on a golf cart and drove to the wedding spot. It was perfectly tucked away in a peaceful grove of trees. It was green, EVERYWHERE! You know, my absolute favorite color. The decorations were incredible. They had thought of every single thing. Their wedding designer/planner, Bobette Carpenter, was incredible. She decorated everything so beautifully and was also such a joy to work with.
We did a first look, and then I had about 10 minutes with them before they could leave so that guests could arrive. The ceremony was beautiful and tender. Couples reading their vows to each other is probably my favorite part of the whole wedding day, always. We went from the ceremony to family photos, straight to dinner. They had speeches, and even Matthew’s brother (who was serving an LDS mission) sent a video in for his speech! I think the most common phrase was, “It was about time!” Ahhhhh, I am so happy for them!!! The night ended off with some dancing and partying. Matthew’s dad planned their honeymoon, so they revealed the honeymoon spot, too! It was really fun to be with them when they found out where they were headed to the next day! At the end of the day, I was not ready for it to be over. Wedding are the best, guys.
