DETAILS OF
LOG HAVEN WEDDING.
Matt and Sydney got married right in the middle of COVID, and they had an intimate wedding at Log Haven up Millcreek Canyon. Honestly, I did not know that this place existed until I photographed there, and WOW it is beautiful. It’s so peaceful and beautiful, and they even have a waterfall right across the street from the venue.
The ceremony was held on the deck overlooking the canyon. Isn’t that such a beautiful spot? We did their formals beforehand, so we didn’t take very many photos on the wedding day. This way, they could spend as much time with their guests as possible. If you have not looked through their formals on my blog yet, you should! They are some of my favorite photos I have ever taken, and you can view them HERE.
Can we talk about the details from Matt and Sydney’s Log Haven wedding? My jaw dropped when I walked into the venue and saw the florals on all of the tables. I had never seen anything like it, and it was absolutely incredible. I am still in awe over all the details and florals 3 years later. The colors were so pretty and the way the flowers draped was unreal! The bridesmaid dresses were also a favorite of mine, and they are from anthropologie. The rust color of the dresses complemented the lush greenery all over the venue, too. The cake? Once again, the way the flowers cascade down the side was just so pretty. How cool is the waterfall right across the street from the venue? There is a little patio right in front of the waterfall that also makes taking photos there super easy.
