The Payson Temple is one of my favorite temples to photograph. I love the color of the temple, and the grounds are always SO PRETTY. I also cannot get over the windows. I also loved taking my couples up to Payson Canyon after the temple to photograph in the pretty meadows up there. Last year, when the canyon all burned, I cried. I was so so sad. I knew that I would be taking Keven and Nicole’s photos at the Payson temple this year, and I honestly was so nervous about where we would go besides the temple. I was so grateful when Nicole told me that they had gone and explored and picked a place for their first look.
The field was so pretty, and we had it all to ourselves! I had never seen that spot before. Nicole’s dress was gorgeous. She told me that she had completely designed it. She had purchased a dress that was way too big, and they used the fabric to design it into exactly what she wanted. For her flowers, she wanted a wildflower look. A few days before their session, she found some wildflowers in Southern Utah that she liked, so she brought them home and gave them to her florist, who then put them in her bouquet. Keven’s suit was also a custom suit, and it looked SO GOOD! I am allllll about custom suits.
