Last November, Kellon and I headed to Puerto Vallarta for Jared and Sky’s wedding. We all stayed in a resort together for the week, and we definitely made the most of it! Their wedding was at the beginning of our week, and it was GORGEOUS. The greens at the resort were unreal. The color of the ocean was also gorgeous. It was really humid and really hot, but so worth it.
They came all the way from Canada with their closest family and friends to seal the deal, and I loved how intimate it was. From being with them as they each got ready and opened their gifts, to their vows, to the speeches and dancing, it was so full of love. There were lots of tears and laughter, but so much happiness, too. They ended their wedding day with everyone in the wedding party jumping into the pool, and that was SO RAD!!!
We did a day after session (really, it was a few days after haha), which I highly recommend to EVERYONE! Choosing to spend a different day focusing on the photos of you two does SO MANY THINGS! It gives the couple more time on their wedding to day to focus on the people who are there, too. It helps free up the time so that it isn’t as crazy on your wedding day.
