The Idaho Falls Temple will always feel like home, so doing a wedding there seems surreal. You know what else feels incredible surreal?? The fact that Lindsey and Marc are married.
Lindsey and I grew up together. She is basically my sister, and we go back almost 20 years. When I was in 8th grade, my family moved right across the street from them. We spent almost every single day together! Her parent’s even cut a hole in their bushes so that we could get across the street easier! Our summers as neighbors were absolutely the best. We had sleepovers almost every weekend and a photoshoot almost every single day. I was laughing at their reception because a lot of the pictures they had in the slideshow were ones I had taken when I was in middle school or high school!
When Lindsey told me she was dating Marc, I learned that his uncle was my boss all four years of my college. His name is Vince, and Vince was like a dad to me, too. I was so so happy that Lindsey was marrying into that family!
Lindsey’s parent’s also had their wedding at the Idaho Falls Temple. The temple was closed for a few years, but it opened back up not too long ago, so it’s really fun that Lindsey got to get married in the same temple as her parents!
I also got to go dress shopping with Lindsey, and I can honestly say that of all the dresses she tried on, this one fits her personality so perfectly! She found it at Harlow Brides. I have worked with Harlow quite a few times, and I have been so impressed with them each time! Their dress selection is so unique and so pretty.
