Dead Horse Point First Look – Dead Horse Point – Moab, Utah.
Aaron and Matisse are so so cute! They have so much fun together and really are best friends. They opted to do their first look session at Dead Horse Point. I shoot there quite a bit, and it truly never gets old. It is SO PRETTY, and it really wows my every time. I’ve even been to the Grand Canyon, and Dead Horse puts Grand Canyon to shame, in my opinion. The colors in Moab are also unreal. The colors are almost a purple, so you can truly get such a variety of different colors of rocks there!
Aaron and Matisse have NO FEAR and weren’t at all afraid of getting really close to the edge. At one point, Aaron even tripped and honestly, it freaked me out so bad!!! He was such a good sport about it, though, and he played it off like no big deal.
Aaron was SO pumped to see Matisse in her dress! Matisse’s dress really was so beautiful! Even her veil was perfect. I love love love long veils! No matter the location, too. Sometimes long veils are hard to keep in, but there are a couple of thing that you can do to help keep it in. My veil was very long and also pretty heavy! But I put a small ponytail underneath right where I wanted it to be on my head. Then, I clipped in the comb with bobby pins on both sides to secure it. Matisse even had her hairstylist put in a small french braid right where the comb would be to hold it in.
Aaron and Matisse’s Dead Horse Point first look sure was so pretty, and we had the whole thing to ourselves! It was so so pretty!
