DETAILS OF
ASPEN TREE FIRST LOOK – BIG COTTONWOOD CANYON.
I don’t even know where to start with these two. THEY ARE SO DANG CUTE AND IN LOVE! It warms my heart so much. We did their engagements right around the same time that COVID-19 was starting to hit. We all talked about their wedding during their engagements and thought FOR SURE that we would still be able to go to Hawaii for their wedding.
Fast forward to the beginning of June, and Hawaii was on lockdown. They were planning to get married in Hawaii, and since none of us could or wanted to quarantine for 2 weeks, they opted to move their wedding to Utah. Georgianna picked out this spot for their first look session. It sure was beautiful and so intimate. Usually when I am in Big Cottonwood, it is hard to find a spot that is intimate because there are so many people there. This little spot was off the main road, so we had it all to ourselves.
Even though we weren’t in Hawaii, Georgianna wanted to bring a bit of Hawaii to Utah with her bouquet. I loved how colorful it was and how much it popped, too!
Chase’s reaction to Georgianna during their aspen tree first look was so cute. I was tearing up behind my camera. Georgianna even surprised Chase with her hair, and he DIED over it. He loves her hair up, and he loves when she has “wispy’s”, which are the little curls she had dangling down on either side of her face. He kept looking her up and down, then hugging her. I can’t even handle it. How cool is Georgianna’s dress, too? It is from Kleinfeld’s, and she went all the way to New York to find it! She knew that she wanted a really big bow on it, so she designed it. The bow could be on her shoulder or on her back. SO COOL!
